  • If the equipment is damaged at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the value of the damaged product.
  • We DO NOT ALLOW FACEPAINT on our equipment or bounce houses. 
  • If we find facepaint on our equipment you will be responsible for replacing the equipment for the full amount in less than a week.
  • Bookings and dates are not confirmed until payments are received.
  • Bright Party Makers is NOT liable for any accidents, injury, or damage incurred while equipment is under the responsibility of the hiring party.
  • If the weather shows that it is going to rain or it is raining, we WILL NOT set up any equipment, please have a second place as plan B. If you do not have a plan B, you will have a credit of 1 year to use our service.
  • Bright Party Makers is responsible for the delivery, assembly, and pick up.
  • We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total balance.
  • Total payment is due 1 week before the event date. 
  • We don’t do refunds, you will have a 1-year credit with us. 
  • In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.
  • All equipment must be inside the play area including ball pit balls.

Rules and Safety Procedures

Bounce House

It is the responsibility of the customer or organization hiring Bright Party Makers to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the Bounce House equipment. Please ensure the following safety rules are followed:

  • Play at your own risk.
  • Adult attendant must be present at all times to supervise.
  • Socks must be worn at all times.
  • No shoes, sneakers, flip-flops or sandals.
  • No food, candy, gum, or beverages in the inflatable area.
  • No pushing, shoving, wrestling, horseplay, or piling.
  • No uneven size difference of players.
  • No more than the recommended amount of players on unit at any one time.
  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.).
  • Do not enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems.
  • No adults & and children bouncing at the same time.
  • No Silly String – Confetti – Color Powder – Face Paint or Glitter Allowed.
  • Keep away from heat and open flames.

Do not exceed the maximum weight limit at any time. Do not exceed the recommended maximum occupancy for each age group (not to exceed maximum weight limit, as occupancy of persons is secondary to maximum weight limit).

Adult supervision is always required when Participants are using any Rental Equipment.

3-5 Years: 6 persons

6-8 Years:         5 persons  

9-12 Years:       4 persons

13+ Years:         3 persons

8x10ft Little Classic:

Maximum User Weight: 60lbs. | Max Overall Weight: 180lbs

Maximum Occupancy: 2-5 children at one time | Suitable for children ages 2 -8 years old only

Children’s safety depends on you. Your supervision is required. As the Renter of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.
