  • If the equipment is damaged at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the value of the damaged product.
  • We DO NOT ALLOW FACEPAINT on our equipment, soft play, ball pits, or bounce houses. 
  • If we find facepaint on our equipment you will be responsible for replacing the equipment for the full amount in less than a week.
  • Do not smoke near the equipment, it can cause a risk of damage due to smoke residue and potential fire hazards.
  • Bookings and dates are not confirmed until payments are received.
  • Bright Party Makers is NOT liable for any accidents, injury, or damage incurred while equipment is under the responsibility of the hiring party.
  • If the weather shows that it is going to rain or it is raining, we WILL NOT set up any set, please have a second place as plan B. If you do not have a plan B, you will have a credit of 1 year to use our service.
  • Bright Party Makers is responsible for the delivery, assembly, and pick up.
  • We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total balance.
  • Total payment is due 1 week before the event date. 
  • We don’t do refunds, you will have a 1-year credit with us. 
  • In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.
  • All equipment must be inside the play area including ball pit balls.

Rules and Safety Procedures

Bounce House

It is the responsibility of the customer or organization hiring Bright Party Makers to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the Bounce House equipment. Please ensure the following safety rules are followed:

  • Play at your own risk.
  • Adult attendant must be present at all times to supervise.
  • Socks must be worn at all times.
  • No shoes, sneakers, flip-flops or sandals.
  • No food, candy, gum, or beverages in the inflatable area.
  • No pushing, shoving, wrestling, horseplay, or piling.
  • No uneven size difference of players.
  • No more than the recommended amount of players on unit at any one time.
  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.).
  • Do not enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems.
  • No adults & and children bouncing at the same time.
  • No Silly String – Confetti – Color Powder – Face Paint or Glitter Allowed.
  • Keep away from heat and open flames.
  • Do not smoke near the equipment, it can cause a risk of damage due to smoke residue and potential fire hazards.

Softplay Area

It is the responsibility of the customer or organization hiring Bright Party Makers to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the soft play equipment. Please ensure the following safety rules are followed:

  • Play at your own risk.
  • No children over the age of 5 years allowed in the play area.
  • Only adults with infants 6 months – 1.5 years are allowed in play area and must follow these rules. No Shoes. No Heels.
  • No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is retuned in a dirty condition, then the customer will incur a cleaning charge of $75.).
  • Do not smoke near the equipment, it can cause a risk of damage due to smoke residue and potential fire hazards.
  • Socks must be worn at all times. All shoes, jewelry, loose objects in pockets, and badges MUST be removed before entering the soft play area to avoid injury to users using the equipment and damage to the equipment. NO Heels.
  • NO face paints, glitter, party poppers, colored streamers or SILLY STRING to be used either on or near the soft play area. (Please note these products will cause damage to the equipment that cannot be repaired, and customer will pay for all replacement cost of the equipment).
  • Bright Party Makers is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is customer’s responsibility to tell Bright Party Makers where equipment is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior too to set up.
  • Climbing, hanging or sitting on safety gates is dangerous and must not be allowed.
  • A responsible Adult must supervise the soft play equipment, at all times.
  • Ensure users are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
  • No pets, toys (other than soft balls) or sharp instruments in the soft play area at any time.
  • Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults in the equipment area.
