Important Notes:

  • Before choosing your package, you should know that we do not allow face paint, glitter, confetti or crayons on our equipment. If you are going to have this kind of stuff at your party please don’t hire us. It can damage completely our equipment forever. ABSOLUTELY NO FACE PAINT.
  • All rentals require a $100 deposit -No refundable- to secure your date. The deposit will be applied toward your final total. The remaining balance is due 1 week  before your event.​
  • $50 Refundable Cleaning & Logistic Deposit – It will be refunded only if area / equipment is clean, dry, not damaged, not stained, not moved and balls are inside ball pit at time of pick-up. And, if no additional tools or logistics are required for the proper setup of the rental equipment. If you ask for a pick-up time after 7:00 pm this deposit will not be refundable.
  • Bookings / Dates are NOT confirmed until payments are received. Delivery Rate depends on location.

How to book

Once you fill this form with your desire package, we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm date availability. Then, you will receive a Rental Contract Agreement and Liability Waiver (for Inflatables), which you must sign digitally.

 

After your sign the require documents and pay the required deposit, we will send to you the final invoice with the total amount, and you must to paid the balance 1 week before the date of your event. You could pay through a button included in the digital invoice or through zelle or cash-app.

 

Please, take into consideration that if we do not receive the total payment 1 week before your event date we DO NOT delivery the rented equipment.

 

Prices are for a 5 hours rental. (Except the bubble house, which is 3 hours rental)










    Terms & Conditions

    Bright Party Makers, LLC

    • If the equipment is damaged at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the value of the damaged product.
    • We DO NOT ALLOW FACEPAINT on our equipments, or bounce houses.
    • If we find facepaint on our equipments you will be responsible  for replacing the equipment for the full amount in less than a week
    • Bookings and dates are not confirmed until payments are received.
    • Bright Party Makers is NOT liable for any accidents, injury or damage incurred while equipment is under responsibility of the hiring party.
    • If the weather shows that it is going to rain or it is raining, we WILL NOT set up any set, please have a second place as plan B. If you do not have a plan B, you will have a credit of 1 year to use our service.
    • Bright Party Makers is responsible for the delivery, assembly and pick up.
    • We required a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total balance.
    • Total payment is due 1 week before the event date.
    • We don’t do refunds, you will have a 1 year credit with us.
    • In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.
    • All equipment must be inside the play area including ball pit balls.
